SJT.WORLD LLC
Effective Date: August 1, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the software-as-a-service (SaaS) products, AI tools, applications, and services (collectively, the "Services") operated by SJT.WORLD LLC ("SJT.WORLD", "we", "us", or "our"). Our Services are available through our website at www.sjt.world, pilot test programs, beta testing programs, and for download on the Apple iOS App Store and Google Play Store.
These Terms apply to all 47 applications owned and distributed by SJT.WORLD LLC. By accessing or using any of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our Services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, downloading an application, accessing our website, or using any SJT.WORLD Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, available at www.sjt.world/privacy-policy. If you are using our Services on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. Eligibility and Age Requirements
You must be at least 13 years of age to use SJT.WORLD applications, except for All-Star Coach, which permits users under 13 with verifiable parental consent as required by the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
- General Applications (46 apps): Users must be at least 13 years old. If you are between 13 and 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
- All-Star Coach: Designed for athletes of all ages. Users under 13 require parental consent, captured server-side with IP address, timestamp, and user-agent. Parents may review, modify, or revoke consent at any time by contacting support@sjt.world.
- All users must provide accurate and complete information when creating accounts.
3. Accounts and Access
To access most SJT.WORLD applications, you must create an account. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account- Providing accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Updating your information to keep it accurate and current
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- Accepting an NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) where required by specific applications before accessing proprietary features We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or compromise the security of our Services.
4. Description of Services
SJT.WORLD LLC owns and operates 47 standalone AI-tool products, some of which have evolved into full software platforms. These applications span the following categories:
- Legal & Regulatory (6 apps): Land Law Examiner Pro, Contract Clarity, Mineral Rights Law Examiner Pro, Environmental Law Examiner Pro, LegalShield AI, Quote Archive
- Productivity & Business Management (5 apps): Workflow Architect, Organize Me, Draft Destiny AI, Career List Manage, FixFlow
- AI Research & Analysis (3 apps): The Chatter Box, Fact Finder App, Song Nerd
- Healthcare & Wellness (5 apps): Soul Atlas, TatCare, KinCare, ClinicalLog, Tickler
- Sports & Athletics (2 apps): All-Star Coach, Mat Champion
- Education (4 apps): ScholarVault, ScholarPulse, TutorPulse, ClubSync
- Automotive (1 app): Garage Genius- Science & Geology (2 apps): Geo Gem Analyzer, GemGuardian
- Home & Lifestyle (5 apps): HavenGuard, StyleSync, PawPulse, GiftKeep, Sproutly

- Time Tracking (1 app): HourHop Applications may be accessed through our website, pilot programs, beta testing, or downloaded from the Apple iOS App Store or Google Play Store. Not all applications are available on all platforms.
5. Subscriptions and Pilot Programs
SJT.WORLD offers the following access models for its applications:
Pilot Programs:
- Pilot pricing: $2,500 per project for compliance platform applications (Land Law Examiner Pro)- Pilot includes: 1 document analysis, 1 EAGLE report, 1 review session- Pilot results may be used to evaluate subscription upgrade- Pilot agreements are subject to separate Pilot Agreement terms Subscription Tiers (Compliance Platform):
- Free Tier: 1 analysis/month, 3 Ask Burt questions, no export - evaluation only
- Professional ($299/month): 5 analyses/month, unlimited Burt, report export, single user
- Premium ($799/month): 20 analyses/month, 5 EAGLE reports, all templates, priority support
- Enterprise ($2,499/month): Unlimited analyses, team seats (10), multi-jurisdiction, API access General SaaS Subscriptions:
- Individual application subscriptions may be offered at app-specific pricing
- Beta testing and SaaS testing access may be offered at no cost or reduced pricing during testing periods
- Subscription billing is processed through SJT.WORLD website (Stripe) or through Apple StoreKit / Google Play Billing for mobile apps
6. Mobile Applications
SJT.WORLD applications are available for download on the Apple iOS App Store and Google Play Store. The following terms apply to mobile applications:
- In-app purchases and subscriptions on iOS are processed through Apple StoreKit, subject to Apple's terms of service
- In-app purchases and subscriptions on Android are processed through Google Play Billing, subject to Google's terms of service
- SJT.WORLD does not use third-party payment processors for mobile in-app purchases
- Subscription management, cancellation, and refund requests for mobile apps must be handled through the respective app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store)
- Mobile apps may collect device telemetry (crash reports, app version) through Apple and Google SDKs
- SJT.WORLD is responsible for the functionality and content of its applications; Apple and Google are responsible for their platforms
7. AI-Powered Services and Disclaimer
Several SJT.WORLD applications utilize artificial intelligence and automated processing to provide analysis, recommendations, content generation, and other features. The following terms specifically govern AI-powered features:
- AI outputs are advisory and informational only. They do not constitute legal, medical, financial, or professional advice.
- All AI-generated outputs include confidence indicators and, where applicable, citation trails. Users should independently verify all AI outputs before relying on them.
- SJT.WORLD's AI applications are designed as augmentation tools that preserve human accountability. Final decisions remain with the human professional or user.
- SJT.WORLD is not liable for decisions made based on AI outputs. Users assume full responsibility for actions taken based on AI-generated analysis, recommendations, or content.
- AI processing may involve sending user data to third-party AI/LLM providers (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Google AI) for analysis. These providers do not use your data to train their own models.
- AI-powered document analysis (Land Law Examiner Pro, Contract Clarity, Mineral Rights LEP, Environmental LEP) processes uploaded documents and generates compliance reports with citation trails. These reports are advisory and do not replace professional legal review.
- AI-powered form analysis (All-Star Coach) processes uploaded video and provides biomechanical feedback. This feedback is coaching guidance, not medical or physical therapy advice.
- AI-powered healing analysis (TatCare) provides a healing score from check-in photos. This score is informational and does not replace professional medical advice.
- AI-powered emotional wellness sessions (Soul Atlas) generate visual and audio content based on user emotional state. These sessions are wellness tools, not medical or psychological treatment.
8. Non-Disclosure Agreements
Certain SJT.WORLD applications require acceptance of a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before accessing proprietary features, content, or analysis capabilities. NDA acceptance is recorded server-side with IP address capture, timestamp, and SHA-256 hash of the consent text.
- NDA acceptance is required for: Land Law Examiner Pro, The Chatter Box, Workflow Architect, Soul Atlas, and other applications displaying an NDA gate
- NDA terms prohibit redistribution, reverse engineering, or public disclosure of proprietary application content, analysis methods, or generated reports
- NDA consent is revocable. Upon revocation, access to gated features is removed and user data is deleted per the Privacy Policy retention schedule
- Violation of NDA terms may result in immediate account termination and legal action
9. User Content and License
You retain ownership of all content you create, upload, or submit to SJT.WORLD applications ("User Content").
By submitting User Content, you grant SJT.WORLD a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:
- Process your User Content through our AI analysis pipelines to provide the requested service
- Store and display your User Content within your account and to authorized users you designate
- Generate derived outputs (reports, analysis, recommendations) based on your User Content You represent and warrant that:
- You own or have the necessary rights to all User Content you submit
- Your User Content does not violate any law, regulation, or third-party rights
- Your User Content does not contain harmful code, viruses, or malicious content SJT.WORLD reserves the right to remove User Content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.
10. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to:
- Use our Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Attempt to bypass authentication, payment, or access controls
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any SJT.WORLD application
- Scrape, crawl, or automatically extract data from our Services
- Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers
- Use our Services to develop competing AI products or applications
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Share account credentials with unauthorized users- Use our Services to transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code
- Access or attempt to access data belonging to other users (exploit IDOR vulnerabilities, etc.)
11. Intellectual Property Rights
SJT.WORLD LLC retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Services, including all software, algorithms, AI models, user interfaces, designs, trademarks, and content provided through the Services (excluding User Content). Our intellectual property is protected in three layers:
- Patent protection for core methods (regulatory ingestion, explainable analysis, validation mechanisms)
- Proprietary data accumulation (regulatory knowledge bases that grow with each deployment)
- Feedback loops from domain-specific pilot deployments (customer data improves AI accuracy) The SJT.WORLD name, logo, and all product names are trademarks of SJT.WORLD LLC. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
12. Payment Terms
Paid subscriptions and pilot programs are billed as follows:
- Website subscriptions:
Billed monthly or annually via Stripe through the SJT.WORLD website- Mobile subscriptions: Billed through Apple StoreKit or Google Play Billing, subject to Apple/Google terms
- Pilot programs: Billed per the Pilot Agreement, typically $2,500 per project, invoiced upon agreement execution
- All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as specified in the applicable subscription terms
- Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
- Price changes require 30 days notice. Existing subscribers maintain current pricing through the end of the current billing cycle
13. Beta Testing and Pilot Testing
SJT.WORLD may offer beta testing or pilot testing access to certain applications before general release. Beta and pilot testing is subject to the following additional terms:
- Beta and pilot versions may contain bugs, errors, or incomplete features
- SJT.WORLD provides no warranty that beta/pilot versions will function without interruption or error
- Beta and pilot access may be terminated at any time without notice
- Users participating in beta/pilot testing may be asked to provide feedback, which becomes the property of SJT.WORLD
- Beta/pilot versions are confidential. Users may not publicly disclose features, screenshots, or details of unreleased applications
14. Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. SJT.WORLD does not warrant that:
- The Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times
- AI-generated outputs will be accurate, complete, or reliable
- Defects or errors will be corrected promptly
- The Services will meet your specific requirements or expectations
AI-generated analysis, recommendations, and content are advisory only and do not constitute professional advice (legal, medical, financial, engineering, or otherwise). SJT.WORLD is an augmentation tool that preserves human accountability. All final decisions and professional judgments remain with the user.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SJT.WORLD LLC shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of profits, data, business, or goodwill- Decisions made based on AI-generated outputs or analysis
- Damages arising from third-party AI/LLM provider processing errors or delays
- Damages arising from mobile platform (Apple/Google) malfunctions or billing errors
- Damages arising from unauthorized access to your account
- Damages arising from your violation of these Terms
SJT.WORLD's total aggregate liability for all claims arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to SJT.WORLD in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
16. Indemancipation
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SJT.WORLD LLC, its founders, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:
- Your use of the Services in violation of these Terms
- Your User Content, including claims of infringement or misappropriation
- Your violation of applicable laws or third-party rights
- Decisions you make based on AI-generated outputs from our Services
17. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time through the in-app account deletion feature or by contacting support@sjt.world. Upon termination:
- Your data will be deleted per the Privacy Policy retention schedule
- Account deletion in applicable products removes all associated data across all related entities
- NDA consent records are retained for 7 years for legal compliance
- Subscriptions remain active through the end of the current billing period
- Mobile subscriptions must be cancelled through the respective app store SJT.WORLD may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, including for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or security concerns.
18. Children's Accounts (COPPA Compliance)
All-Star Coach permits users under 13 with verifiable parental consent. Parents or legal guardians of users under 13 have the following rights and responsibilities:
- Parental consent is required and captured server-side before any data collection from children under 13- Consent is recorded with: parent email, IP address, timestamp, user-agent, and SHA-256 hash of consent text
- Parents may review their child's data, request deletion, or revoke consent at any time by contacting support@sjt.world
- Upon consent revocation, the child's data is deleted within 30 days
- Children's data is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes
- Children's data is not used to train AI models without verifiable parental consent
- Parents acknowledge that All-Star Coach's AI form analysis processes video uploads of their child for coaching feedback
19. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict of law principles. SJT.WORLD LLC is headquartered at PO Box 10123, Reno, NV 89510-10123. Any dispute arising from these
Terms or the Services shall be resolved as follows:
- First, the parties shall attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation for 30 days
- If unresolved, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Reno, Nevada, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association
- The arbitrator's decision is final and binding, with judgment entered in any court of competent jurisdiction
- Class action lawsuits are waived to the fullest extent permitted by law
- Each party bears its own attorneys' fees except as awarded by the arbitrator
20. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms on our website. We will update the effective date at the top of this document.
Material changes (e.g., new subscription pricing, changes to AI terms, changes to liability limitations) will be communicated through in-app notifications and/or email to registered users at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
