SJT.WORLD LLC ("us", "we", or "our") operates the website www.sjt.world and provides 47 software-as-a-service (SaaS) products, AI tools, and applications (collectively, the "Services"). Our products are available through our website, pilot test programs, beta testing, and for download on the iOS App Store and Google Play Store.
This privacy policy outlines our practices regarding the collection, use, disclosure, and protection of your information when you use our Services.
This policy applies to all 47 applications owned and distributed by SJT.WORLD LLC.
1. Introduction & Overview
Protecting your privacy is important to us. This policy explains how we collect, use, and share your information in accordance with applicable privacy laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), and other applicable regulations.
By using our Services, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. This policy covers all SJT.WORLD applications, with app-specific disclosures provided in Sections 10 and 11.
2. Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of information across our Services. Not all categories apply to every application.
Personal Information:
- Names, email addresses, phone numbers, and profile photos
- Payment information (processed via third-party payment processors; we do not store full card numbers)
- Location data (approximate, based on IP address)
- Role information (e.g., artist/client, coach/athlete/parent, examiner/admin)
Sensitive and Health-Related Data (app-specific):
- Emotional state data, mood information, and journal entries (Soul Atlas)
- Body photos for healing analysis, tattoo session records, and healing progress data (TatCare)
- Medication schedules, medical appointment records, and care task logs (KinCare)
- Clinical nursing hours, facility information, and rotation data (ClinicalLog)
- Athlete performance data, health metrics, and nutrition information (All-Star Coach) Children's Data (COPPA-Regulated):
- All-Star Coach is designed for athletes of all ages, including children under 13. Parental consent is required and captured server-side with IP address, timestamp, and user-agent before any data collection from users under 13.
- All other SJT.WORLD applications are not intended for children under 13. Device Information:
- IP address, device type, browser type, and operating system
- Mobile device identifiers when using iOS or Android apps
- App version and installation identifiers
Usage Data:
- Information about how you access and use our Services
- Session records, feature usage, and interaction logs
- Crash reports and diagnostic data
User Content:
- Any content you create, submit, or generate while using our Services
- Documents uploaded for analysis (Land Law Examiner Pro, Contract Clarity, etc.)
- Photos uploaded for analysis or documentation (TatCare, Garage Genius, Geo Gem Analyzer, All-Star Coach)
- Journal entries and reflections (Soul Atlas, Tickler, Workflow Architect)
3. How We Collect Information
Direct Collection:
- Information you provide when filling out forms, profiles, or onboarding surveys
- Content you create, upload, or generate while using our Services
- NDA consent acknowledgments with server-side IP capture and timestamp
- Automated Technologies: Information collected through cookies, logs, and similar technologies (note: we do not use cookies on our website, but mobile apps may collect device-level telemetry)
- Third-Party Sources: Device information from mobile platforms (iOS/Android) when using app store versions
4. How We Use Your Information = Service Delivery: To provide, maintain, and personalize our Services

- Payment Processors: To complete transactions through third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe, Apple App Store, Google Play Billing). We do not store full payment card numbers.

- AI/LLM API Providers: To process AI-powered analysis, content generation, and document review e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Google AI). Your data is sent to these providers for processing but is not used by them for training their own models.
- Email Service Providers: To send you communications, notifications, and reminders.
- Analytics Providers: To understand usage patterns and improve our Services.
- Legal Compliance: To respond to legal requests, enforce our terms, protect other users, or comply with law enforcement.
- CRM Providers: To manage customer relationships, pilot programs, and sales pipeline interactions.

- Row-Level Security (RLS): All sensitive data entities are scoped to the user who created them; admin-only access for privileged operations

- Cryptographic Token Generation: All security tokens use crypto.randomUUID() or equivalent
- Vulnerability Scanning and Audit Logs: Ongoing security assessments across all applications
- Employee Training: Regular training on data protection and privacy practices
8. Your Rights and Choices You have the following rights regarding your personal data, depending on your jurisdiction:

9. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We do not use cookies on our website. Our mobile applications (iOS and Android) may collect device-level telemetry data (e.g., crash reports, app version) through the Apple iOS and Google Android platforms. You can manage device-level tracking through your mobile operating system settings.
10. AI Data Processing and Automated Decision-Making
SJT.WORLD operates 47 AI-powered applications. The following describes the AI processing and automated decision-making capabilities of each application category. You have the right to object to automated decision-making if it produces legal effects or significantly affects you.
Legal & Regulatory (6 Apps):
- Land Law Examiner Pro: Multi-agent AI pipeline for regulatory document analysis, compliance report generation, and citation validation. Processes uploaded legal documents.
- Contract Clarity: AI-powered contract parsing, risk scoring, and clause extraction. Processes uploaded contract documents.
- Mineral Rights Law Examiner Pro: AI analysis of CFR Title 30 mining claims, leases, and permits. Processes regulatory documents.
- Environmental Law Examiner Pro: AI analysis of CFR Title 40 environmental compliance documents. Processes regulatory documents.
- LegalShield AI: AI generation of privacy policies and terms of service. Processes user inputs about data practices.
- Quote Archive: AI-powered quote origin verification and historical analysis. Processes quote text inputs.
Productivity & Business Management (5 Apps):
- Workflow Architect: Four AI agents (Claire, Rex, Sage, Atlas) provide strategic planning, focus coaching, progress chronicling, and security auditing. Processes task, schedule, and work context data.
- Organize Me: AI-powered task scheduling, budget insights, and debt reduction strategies. Processes financial and task data.
- Draft Destiny AI: AI-generated goal recommendations and action items. Processes goal and milestone data.
- Career List Manage: No AI processing. Application management and tracking only.
- FixFlow: No AI processing. Repair status tracking only.
AI Research & Analysis (3 Apps):
- The Chatter Box: Four AI debate agents (Librarian, Historian, Mediator, Minority Report) conduct real-time debates with source validation. Processes user debate inputs and knowledge queries. Agent debate records and source performance data are stored for agent improvement.
- Fact Finder App: AI-powered fact origin tracing and credibility scoring. Processes fact queries and research inputs.
- Song Nerd: AI-powered lyric analysis, sentiment analysis, and historical context. Processes song and artist queries.
Healthcare & Wellness (5 Apps):
- Soul Atlas: AI-powered emotional wellness platform with visual session generation, profile construction (Burt agent), and system health monitoring (Alice agent). Processes emotional state data, mood information, journal entries, and visual preference selections. Sensitive emotional data is subject to additional RLS protections.
- TatCare: AI-powered healing analysis from check-in photos (score 1-10). Processes body photos, healing progress data, and tattoo session records. Health-related photos are stored securely with RLS.
- KinCare: No AI processing. Medication tracking, appointment scheduling, and care task management.
- ClinicalLog: No AI processing. Clinical hours logging and verification.
- Tickler: No AI processing. Mood tracking and wellness reminders.
Sports & Athletics (2 Apps):
- All-Star Coach: AI-powered form analysis from video uploads, gamification logic (points, badges, challenges), training plan generation, and nutrition recommendations. Processes athlete performance data, video uploads, health metrics, and nutrition information. COPPA-compliant parental consent required for users under 13.
- Mat Champion: No AI processing beyond infographic template generation. Wrestling news, stats, and content aggregation.
Education (4 Apps):

- Garage Genius: AI-powered diagnostics from OBD-II error codes, part identification from photos, and community-sourced fix aggregation. Processes vehicle data, diagnostic codes, and repair photos.
Science & Geology (2 Apps):
- Geo Gem Analyzer: AI-powered rock and mineral identification from photos. Processes uploaded geological images.
- GemGuardian: No AI processing beyond template generation. USPAP-compliant appraisal report management.
Home & Lifestyle (5 Apps):
- HavenGuard, StyleSync, PawPulse, GiftKeep, Sproutly: No AI processing beyond basic inventory and reminder functions. StyleSync uses AI for outfit recommendations based on wardrobe and weather data.
Business & Field Service (4 Apps):
- ClearRoute, ShopPulse, PoolWise, TruckKeep: No AI processing. Service management, route scheduling, and compliance tracking.
Literature & Entertainment (2 Apps):
- Plot Architect: AI-powered narrative analysis and character arc tracking. Processes book data and narrative inputs.
- YardQuest: No AI processing. Gamified yard sale listing and discovery.
Agriculture & Animal Care (2 Apps):
- BeeWell: No AI processing. Apiary management and mite treatment tracking.
- StableLog: No AI processing. Barn care exception logging and communication.
Community & Social (4 Apps):
- MealBridge, Roots & Rhythms, FaithSync, HavenFind: No AI processing. Community coordination, marketplace, and communication platforms.
Time Tracking (1 App):
- HourHop: No AI processing. Community service hour logging and verification.
Right to Object:
You have the right to object to automated decision-making if it produces legal effects or significantly affects you. To exercise this right, contact us at support@sjt.world. AI-generated outputs are provided as augmentation tools with confidence indicators and citation trails. All AI outputs are advisory; final decisions remain with the human professional or user.
11. Children's Privacy
SJT.WORLD operates one application designed for users under 13: All-Star Coach. All other SJT.WORLD applications are not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children through those applications.
All-Star Coach (COPPA-Compliant):
- All-Star Coach is designed for athletes of all ages, including children under 13.
- Parental consent is required before any data collection from users under 13.
- Consent is captured server
-side via the recordConsent backend function, which records: parent email, IP address, timestamp, user-agent, and SHA-256 hash of consent text.
-Parental consent is revocable at any time. Upon revocation, the child's data is deleted within 30 days.
- Children's data is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
- Children's data is not used to train AI models without verifiable parental consent.
- Parents can request access to, deletion of, or correction of their child's data by contacting support@sjt.world.
All Other Applications:
- Not intended for children under 13.
- We do not knowingly collect personal data from children through these applications.
- If you believe we have collected data from a child, please contact us immediately at support@sjt.world.
- If we learn we have collected personal data from a child under 13 without parental consent, we will delete it promptly.
12. International Data Transfers
Your data may be transferred to, and maintained on, servers located outside of your country. This includes transfers to cloud storage providers (AWS S3), AI/LLM API providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google AI), and payment processors located in the United States and other jurisdictions. If you are located outside the jurisdiction where our services are operating, you agree to the transfer of your personal data. For EEA/UK residents, we ensure appropriate safeguards (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses) are in place for international transfers.
13. Data Retention
We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy or as required by law:
- Account data: Retained until account deletion is requested by the user. Account deletion is available in-app for applicable products.
- AI processing data: Document uploads and analysis results retained per user settings or until account deletion.
- NDA consent records: Retained for the duration of the user relationship plus 7 years for legal compliance.
- COPPA consent records: Retained for the duration of the child's participation plus 7 years.
- Audit logs: Retained for 2 years for security and compliance purposes.
- Session data: Conversation session data is purged after 3 sessions per the SJT.WORLD data minimization standard (applies to Land Law Examiner Pro and applicable AI analysis apps).
14. California Residents - Your CCPA Rights
If you are a California resident, you have specific rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA):
- The right to know what personal information we collect about you and how it is used
- The right to request deletion of your personal information
- The right to correct inaccurate personal information

17. Mobile App Distribution
SJT.WORLD applications are available for download on the Apple iOS App Store and Google Play Store. When you install and use our mobile applications:
- Apple and Google may collect device identifiers, crash data, and usage analytics through their respective SDKs
- In-app purchases are processed through Apple StoreKit and Google Play Billing, not through third-party payment processors
- Subscription management and billing are handled by the respective app store platforms
- You can manage subscription preferences, data sharing, and tracking through your device's privacy settings
- App store privacy labels are provided for each application listing
18. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or the addition or modification of applications in our portfolio. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised privacy policy on our website. We will update the effective date at the top of this policy. We encourage you to review this policy periodically for updates. Material changes (e.g., new data collection practices, changes to AI processing, changes to children's data handling) will be communicated through in-app notifications and/or email to registered users.
